Please Note
All reservations are subject to a two-hour minimum. The first three hours will be charged as two hours only. Each additional hour following the first three hours will be charged the standard hourly rate. Rental rates include set-up and break-down of in-house equipment including tables, chairs, and podium.  We also assist with trash removal. Rental rate does not include set-up and operation of sound system equipment.

Sound System/PA, Projector/Screen
Sound system rental is $75. More elaborate sound requirements may require the hiring of an additional sound technician.  An approved Burnsville Town Center operator must be used.  A projector is available to rent for $20.

Tablecloths
90 in. round and 70 x 120 in. rectangular tablecloths are available to rent for $6 each.  Colors available are black and white.  To ensure availability, please reserve at least one week prior to event.

Non-Profits
Non-profit organizations receive a 25% discount on facility rental fees Monday through Thursday and Friday before 2pm.  Discount does not apply to anything other than the rental of the facility.
